Value:
Well Yamaha has done it again they have created a great entry level guitar for a very nice price, great looking, well made,a rich sound and can be used for years to come and the nicest playing acoustic in the $200 price range..
Highly recommend whether you're a beginner or an experienced guitarist looking to buy a guitar under $500. Well worth the money
Sound:
For the price, I am giving it a 9/10 the sound of the guitar is amazing for the price. It sounds very clean and crisp. It's suited for any type of playing, and sounds awesome whether your picking softly or strumming like a mad thing . My one recomendation to make this guitar sound even better is to replace the strings with some high quility strings like Elixir, d'addario or Martin Clapton's Choice Phosphor Bronze strings.

Overall:
This Yamaha FG700S Dreadnought Acoustic Guitar is a great beginners guitar and very easy to play plus, it seems to stay in tune for a very long time compared to other guitars. Some other guitars have higher strings that need to be pressed harder, this guitar doesn't need a lot of effort to press the strings in order to play it.Amazing that a guitar in this price range has a solid wood top Overall this is a FANTASTIC guitar for the price Highly recommend whether you're a beginner or an experienced guitarist looking to buy a guitar for under $500. The only downside it doesn't have a knob for a strap.
