Today we are going to look at How to hold an Acoustic Guitar Pick
When you start playing with an Acoustic Guitar Pick it can feel strange but if you go through these few steps then it will start to feel like second nature.
One of the major mistakes that a newbie guitar player will make when they are starting out is they have the point of the pick pointing out to far.

As you can see in the picture above you only see a very small amount of the pick.
So the first thing to do is make a fist with your right hand. Then with your left hand place the pick between your first finger and your thumb. Rest your thumb on top of the pick and off you go.
